Do you have to have a flood insurance on every home in Florida?

The flood requirements are based on the flood zone, however homes outside of flood zones can get flood insurance.

What is a DSCR loan?

This Debt Service Coverage Loan (DSCR) is for investment properties and the rental income qualifies the property- no tax returns or personal income documents are needed.
